We’re getting pounded with snow over here in Philly, and I know the same goes for my friends in New York, Boston, and pretty much all over the northeast. So, when you’ve got a snow day, why not make snow ice cream?
It’s super easy (yes, your kids can do it on their own), and it only involves four ingredients, one of which, if you’re like me, you’ve got a ton of right in your backyard.
