You’re probably familiar with the (RED) program founded by U2 frontman Bono to help fight AIDS through donations, events, products, and our favorite campaign, EAT (RED) SAVE LIVES, but if not, get ready to learn more about the best reason take to take a night off from cooking.

Chef Mario Batali has teamed up with (RED) for the fourth annual monthlong campaign to #86AIDS. (Get that restaurant people? Let’s 86 it!) Throughout June, Mario’s famous chef friends including Alice Waters, Nancy Silverton, and more, will be offering special menus at their restaurants created specifically to help raise money for the (RED) fight against AIDS. And no worries if you can’t make it to one of the big name spots — there are other options, too, including more affordable restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory.

Home cooks can help raise money and kick their feet up a little too since EAT (RED) SAVE LIVES has also partnered with HelloFresh. You can order a meal kit with a recipe created by Mario himself, Rachel Ray, Emeril Lagasse, or Carla Hall and get all the prepped ingredients ready to cook. Every new subscriber who orders a (RED) meal kit with the code HELLORED will get $20 off their first box and also make a $20 donation to fight AIDS.

Brilliant.
