Most of us are juggling kids, work, and still have to feed our families every day. But Weight Watchers has our back. It’s not about dieting—it’s about real-life balance, smart choices, and feeling good in your own skin. No guilt trips, no crazy restrictions, just doable changes that fit into a mom’s already packed day. Whether you’re tracking points between soccer drop-offs or planning healthier meals for the family, we’ve got you.

Since Weight Watchers is where busy moms go to keep their weight loss journey on course, every Friday, we’re sharing a fresh new WW-friendly recipe that is simple, satisfying, and actually fun. Stay tuned—Fridays just got delicious.

Weight Watchers Two-Ingredient-Dough Everything Bagels

cooking spray
1 1/3 cups self-rising flour
1 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning blend

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a silicone mini bagel pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Place flour and yogurt in a medium bowl; stir well with a wooden spoon until just combined and then keep mixing dough in bowl with your hands until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes (if dough is too sticky to knead, add 1 to 2 more Tbsp flour); let dough sit 5 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and press into one hole of prepared pan to form a bagel shape; repeat with remaining ingredients to form 6 bagels.
  4. Lightly coat bagel tops with 4 sprays of nonstick spray; sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp seasoning. Bake until lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes. Gently remove bagels from pan and enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Serving size: 1 bagel.

Notes: Pair with traditional bagel toppings like scrambled eggs and tomato, lox and cream cheese, or use for pizza bagels, a burger bun, a BLT sandwich, and more.

  1. I’m dieting and I’m really struggling to find breakfasts at the moment but I am partial to a bagel! This is perfect for me. I’ll be trying this in the week.
