Thanksgiving is over. You successfully cooked a turkey (or someone in your family did), everyone feasted, and now there are leftovers. Lots and lots of leftovers. In fact, you may find yourself wishing that you had even more turkey on your hands. Yup, these are that good.

A list of leftover turkey recipes would not be complete without tetrazzini. The updated version of Turkey Tetrazzini at Diethood made with fettuccine is definitely the way to go.
