Move beyond salmon and shrimp with this easy Egg Battered Pan-Fried Flounder at The NY Times | Cool Mom Eats weekly meal plan.

Most family cooks who try to incorporate seafood into their weekly menu end up falling back on salmon and shrimp. Though with good reason—they’re both easy to cook—there are other easy fish dishes, as well, including this Egg Batter Pan-Fried Flounder at The New York Times. The recipe calls for green garlic, but regular garlic will turn out just as well. And the whole thing cooks up in about 20 minutes.
