Once on Mely’s site, Mexico in My Kitchen, I could hardly decide which recipe I wanted to make first. This one, though, for Steak in Green Sauce, stood out to me because it’s so easy and looks incredibly flavorful. How perfect would this be with a side of rice (or maybe just warmed tortillas if you’re in a rush) and a sliced avocado salad? Delicious.
