Along with 7.6 million other people, my kids are obsessed with the So Yummy Instagram feed and their totally addictive videos. But there’s one we watched so many times this week (along with 1.2 million other people), that I had to share it: a video recipe for DIY Unicorn Pop Tarts.

You can hardly blame my kids, right?
The filling is cream cheese-based and made of just four ingredients, plus the sprinkles. And the crust itself is semi-homemade; just add food coloring and roll. Particularly because you’re going for pastel colors, you can easily use natural food color from a brand like India Tree.
I am totally ready to plan an entire unicorn themed party around this recipe. I mean…look at these things! Filled with magic, indeed.
