If my kids are any gauge, the way to get everyone in the family to eat tons of vegetables is to make a vibrantly tasty vegetable soup topped with crusty toast and melty Parmesan. This Ribollita Recipe from Feasting at Home recipe from Feasting at Home is everything this winter, and perfect for #MeatlessMonday.
I was gifted a Williams Sonoma set of four French Onion Soup Bowls from our affiliate Williams Sonoma this holiday and they are a new fan favorite around here. Not only are they perfect for soup, my teens are eating pretty much everything from cereal to yogurt to fries and ketchup in them.

I always forget how much my family loves Yaki Udon or Japanese Stir-Fried Noodles from The Foodie Takes Flight. This recipe is hands down my favorite recipe for this one pot dish. I love that I can use up any random veggies I have in my crisper and no one complains! You can totally make this recipe vegan, or throw in any other protein your crew prefers (tofu, chicken, beef, pork). One of my most recent discoveries is to use ground chicken or ground pork in this recipe – not only does it cook up quickly, it provides a simple protein that doesn’t overshadow the yummy sauce.
Wednesday (or really any day) means breaking out the crock pot! Marzia at Little Spice Jar calls her Slow Cooker French Onion Pot Roast “soul warming” and, well, I completely agree. I mean, just look! And with hardly any hands-on work. Plus, I bet some of you Instant Pot devotees can adapt this for your favorite kitchen device. (If you do it, leave us a note with the settings you used!)
If you are in the market for a new slow cooker for the new year, I highly recommend this All-Clad Gourmet Slow Cooker also from our affiliate Williams Sonoma. It’s so beautiful, but the best part is that you can sauté and brown right in the pot so it limits dirtying more than one pan.
