Pink Cocktails We Love
I love the crisp, sparkling flavor of a good moscato, and this Raspberry Moscato recipe by Tonya Staab is perfect for Valentine’s Day with its fun heart-shaped ice cubes. If you’re like me and try to avoid artificial sweetener, skip the Sweet ‘n Low in the recipe and use a 1/2 teaspoon of real sugar or honey instead. (Hint: You can find the heart ice-cube trays at our affiliate Amazon.)
Grown up slushies are so much fun, right? You need to plan ahead to freeze the wine, but other than that, this Rosé Slushie recipe at Style Me Pretty couldn’t be simpler, and made with one of my favorite liqueurs, too. Add some strawberries and chocolate for dipping on the side and you’ve got the easiest Valentine’s dessert ever.
If you don’t have a romantic date planned this year, celebrate with friends instead and make a big batch of these Thyme and Pink Grapefruit Greyhounds at Freutcake, where you’ll learn how to infuse the classic cocktail with a mild, herbal thyme flavor that sounds pretty near perfect. These look pretty, and surely taste even yummier.

Pink Mocktails We Love Too!
Teighan’s Hibiscus, Lemongrass, Basil and Honey Sweet Iced Tea at Half Baked Harvest is full of antioxidants, and she says it even gives her an energy boost when she drinks it. Perfect so you can make it through the class parties at your kids’ school and still have plenty of energy left for date night.
Though not exactly a drink, I’m loving this recipe for Chia Seed Pudding with Tart Guava Ice at Design Love Fest. It’s a fun, low-sugar, after-dinner treat for your kids on Valentine’s Day. Because a chocolate-induced Valentine’s evening sugar crash is no fun when you’re trying to head out the door to celebrate.
If you’re of the mind that no amount of sugar is too much on Valentine’s Day, then skip the chia business and whip up these Strawberry Sweetheart Cocoas at Two Peas and Their Pod. If you think that food coloring is what gives these their color, guess again. Check out the genius recipe—perfect for a Valentine’s family movie night—for the secret.
