Thanksgiving (or friendsgiving) will be here before we are ready. Which means it’s a good time to stock up on some of our favorite finds at Trader Joe’s that make fall feasting that much more easy and delicious.
If you are already a frequent shopper at Trader Joe’s, you know that many of the seasonal items do not hang out on the shelves for very long. So if you see something that piques your taste buds, grab it right then and there because things go quickly!

Trader Joe’s Pie Crusts
Fall and winter are synonymous with tasty pie recipes in my kitchen. I love to make pie, but really do not enjoy making the pie crust. Enter Trader Joe’s Pie Crust. You will find these pie crusts in the frozen section and I often grab a dozen or so for my freezer and pull them out all throughout the holiday entertaining season. They save me so much time and stress, and honestly they are so delicious no one will know they are not homemade.

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Bisque
This Pumpkin Bisque is pretty much like eating fall in a bowl, if you could do such a thing. However, this soup is seasonal and one’s it’s gone, it’s gone. So grab a few jars to keep on the shelf. It makes a great appetizer for your Thanksgiving dinner, or a fantastic fast weeknight family dinner with grilled cheese sandwiches to dip in your bowl.

Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps
If you plan on making a few charcuterie boards over the next few months, grab a box or two of these Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps. They add a bit of pizazz to any cheese board you set out. Personally I like to eat them with a little cream cheese spread on top, but they would probably taste great dipped in the Pumpkin Bisque above.

Trader Joe’s Everything But the Leftovers Seasoning Blend
Trader Joe’s has the most fun collection of seasoning blends IMO. One of my favorites is the Multipurpose Umami Seasoning Blends, and now my new favorite is this Everything But The Leftovers Seasoning Blend that launched last year. It is a brilliant combination of spices that are the essence of Thanksgiving dinner flavor. I imagine it will help add a little oomph to everything on the menu for actual Thanksgiving dinner, but let me be the first one to tell you that it is heavenly on popcorn, which will be a lifesaver if you decide to go with the Charlie Brown popcorn and toast menu.

Trader Joe’s Breaded Turkey-Less Stuffed Roast with Gravy
I discovered this Breaded Turkey-Less Stuffed Roast with Gravy when Christina shared it back in 2020 and I’m so glad it makes a comeback every year. It’s a great option for your vegan guests and gets rave reviews. It is super helpful to have a tasty alternative that doesn’t require a lot of thought or prep, especially if you are in charge of cooking the Thanksgiving turkey and all of the fixings. Speaking of that turkey, be sure to check with your local Trader Joe’s to see when their turkey’s will be hitting the stores. Let’s not repeat the “great turkey shortage of 2021” and consider grabbing a bird when you see it and putting it in your freezer until the big day.
