One of the simple things we can do to make the earth just a little healthier is to bring more plant-based foods into our diets. And I say this as an avowed burger eater. So in honor of Earth Day (but not just for Earth Day!) consider choosing a new favorite plant-based dinner to add into your weekly meal plan.

Our kids are so earth-conscious — more than most of us ever were as you probably know — and in fact, getting them involved with making the choice, isn’t just good because you know they’ll eat it. It’s a really nice way to let them know you respect their interests and passions and concerns.

Of course you don’t have to go full vegan with your kids, but if you do, we have help there too.

With that, here are some past posts worth checking out if you’d like some plant-based dinner ideas.

Plant-Based Dinner Ideas for Families

Of course not every vegetarian meal is entirely plant-based, but if you’re going for full-vegan, most are adaptable.
